The O-Festival 2009 is organised by the O-Festival Alliance in Oslo and Akershus. The Alliance is made up of the clubs Asker SK, Bækkelagets SK, Fossum IF, Heming/Njård OL, Kolbotn & Skimt OL, Lillomarka OL, Nittedal OL, Raumar OL, IL Tyrving, Østmarka OK and Ås IL.
