Terrain

 The competition terrain is mountainous, situated at an altitude of 750-1100 meter. The area varies from most open/semi-open forest to areas with more dense vegetation and limited visibility and runnability. The terrain has a lot of bigger and smaller marshes, and close to the arena a network of paths and trails for cross country skiing.

The sprint on Friday will be held in a semi-urban area with the town centre, chalets and some marshes and paths.
